Remote Support is when the Computer Doctor gains access to your computer via the Internet connection and works on it as if sitting in front of it.
The Technical Specialist will diagnose and repair your system in real time without having to come to your location.
Normal rates apply ($100 for the first hour + $25 for each additional half hour, up to a maximum labor charge of $300).
If you are not a current customer with a Maintenance Agreement, you will be asked to pay a $100 deposit in advance via PayPal.

If it is determined during Remote Service that a physical service call (house call) will be required, all fees collected will be applied toward the service call as if the Technical Specialist was onsite from the beginning.
If your computer can not be repaired remotely, we will contact you to schedule a service call (in current service area only).
