They fixed my computer in 15 minutes! Then he spent the rest of the hour cleaning it up and speeding it up. It runs better than it did when it was new. He even showed me how to publish my newsletter in a few minutes instead of hours. These are good guys to know. I will definitely use them again.

They picked my laptop up from my office late Thursday afternoon, repaired the broken dc jack, and delivered it to me at my home on Friday evening so I could get on line for a seminar on Saturday morning. Wow - 24-hour service!

Best Buy had my laptop for over a week on 3 separate occasions. They charged me every time, and even erased all my files and data once, but the computer still wasn't working right.

Scott found and fixed the problem (a bad memory stick), and gave my computer a "tuneup" that has it running better than it did even when I first bought it. It's been running great for a while now and I'm glad to know the real problem has finally been fixed. I really love the automatic backup (wish I had that before Best Buy got me) and all the new programs they introduced me to as well. When my laptop quit working, I called several computer repair shops in Altoona, Des Moines and West Des Moines about my problem. Iowa Computer Repair was the most pleasant, professional, and helpful, so I went to their store. They treated me courteously, answered my questions and explained things clearly (I'm not very computer savvy). I was worried about a college class project deadline (and my employer doesn't allow us to use our computers for personal use). The guys at Iowa Computer Repair immediately recovered several important files for me from the hard drive on my dead laptop for my project, and allowed me to use a computer in their front office to do my work while my laptop was being repaired! I was a little concerned about how much it was going to cost, but the final bill turned out to be a lot less than I had expected. I really felt like they cared about me and my situation.
