Pickup/Delivery service is available in metro Des Moines for $20 (pickup) or $40 (delivery - includes setup, connecting to peripherals, and orientation tutorial). Other areas may incur an additional trip charge. This allows you take advantage of our lower "flat-fee" rates for work done in the shop, without having to bring it in youself. Call for details.
Home Services: Home Service calls (onsite) are billed at $120 for the first hour and $60 per hour after that (billed in 1/4-hour increments).
Business Services:
Business Service calls (onsite) are billed at $120 per hour (billed in 1/4-hour increments, 1 hour minimum).
Emergency, Weekend and Holiday service calls may be subject to "time & a half" or "double-time" rates. Please call for details. We may also be able to connect remotely (via Internet) to solve your problem.
No Surprises: You will be informed IN ADVANCE to which rate you are subject.
