SHIP your computer to us.  We will diagnose, repair (upon your approval), and return your computer to you within days. 
 
Your computer will be repackaged and shipped to you with the same packing material and mode of delivery that you used to send it to us.  Be sure to insure your pc for replacement value in case of loss or damage during shipping.  We will insure it for the same value during return shipping.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: 
 
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required with all shipments. 
 
This advance deposit is used to cover the diagnostic labor in the event you choose not to have it repaired.  The deposit amount will be credited toward the cost of the repair upon completion.

Please include a check with your computer or click the "Pay Now" button to use your credit card, debit card, or PayPal account. 
 
WHAT TO SEND: 
 
Laptop:  PC, Power Cord, Windows Password, Any installation/recovery disks, deposit check.
 
Desktop:  PC Tower, Windows Password, Any installation/recovery disks, deposit check.
