Note: About Diagnostic Fees...
Yes, you will have to pay an advance fee for diagnosis. But here's what you need to know: If your computer is not repairable or worth repairing (yes, we will actually tell you), then we will credit the diagnosis fee towards any subsequent work that we do towards replacing or repairing that computer. In other words, just because it cost you $50 or $100 to find out that it's really "dead", your money won't be wasted: We consider repairs, building a replacement, or setting up a new system part of the same initial transaction (and our MAXimum Labor Charge for one computer is $300 -- INCLUDING the diag fee).
Bottom line: Relax, we're on your side. We're more interested in happy referrals and a long-term relationship than we are in taking your money once.
