 DEPOSIT REQUIRED: 

 
A non-refundable deposit is required at checkin for all drop-offs. 
 
This advance deposit is used to cover the diagnostic labor fee in the event you choose not to have it repaired.  The deposit amount will be credited toward the cost of the repair upon completion.
 
HOW TO PAY:
 
We accept cash, personal checks (local only, please, I.D. required), major credit and debit cards, and PayPal.  
 

You may pay your deposit in advance by clicking the "Pay Now" button to use your credit card, debit card, or PayPal account.  
 
WHAT TO BRING: 
 
Laptop:  PC, Power Cord, Windows Password, Any installation/recovery disks, deposit check.
 
Desktop:  PC Tower (tower only - no cords), Windows Password, Any installation/recovery disks, deposit check.
 
You will be asked to provide appropriate contact information when you check in your computer.
