BRING your computer to us.  We will diagnose, repair (upon your approval), and return your computer to you within days.

Note:  Our repair shop is located at
the Sherwood Forest Shopping Center on Hickman Rd. -  NOT at 2800 University. 
You are welcome to bring your computer directly to our repair shop, but please note: We are a service organization, not a retail store.  While there is typically one or more of our technicians in the shop during business hours, we cannot guarantee that, hence the drop-off arrangement with the U.P.S. Store (above).

You can make an appointment to drop off your computer at our shop (or schedule an onsite service call),
 
- OR -
you will be given a ticket number and you can drop off your computer any time the U.P.S. Store is open. 
They will notify us immediately and we will pick up your computer for service. 
 
Once completed, we will contact you to arrange for pickup or delivery of your repaired computer.
 
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required with all drop-offs. 
The deposit amount will be credited toward the cost of the repair upon completion.
